ID SnapShot – ID SnapShot is an intensive, in-depth examination of an extensive list of records and databases designed to turn up any records that contain your personal data in nearly any form. Criminal records, terrorist watch lists, DMV, credit reports and court records are just the beginning. When you read over the report you will be able to see any unfamiliar information that might indicate someone has been using your identity information illegally. ID SnapShot is a one-time service costing $99.95.

Protection Combo – For $259.95 you get the ID SnapShot and one year of ID Watchdog at a $20.00 savings.

ID Rehab – If you need help navigating through the maze of agencies, institutions and entities and their associated paperwork because someone has misused your identity, ID Rehab can help. There are three levels of cost associated with the professional assistance offered by the ID Rehab service. For problems dealing with financial records only, the fee is $99.95. For problems involving civil and personal records the cost is $199.95, and if law enforcement or government records are involved, the cost is $299.95. ID Rehab promises to continue working on your case until all issues are resolved. They call this their 100% Resolution Guarantee.

The Guarantee

ID Watchdog guarantees that as long as you are a customer with ID Watchdog, the ID Rehab Service department will actively work to correct mistakes in your records as reported in your consumer reports that are the result of identity theft. The identity theft must have occurred while you were a ID Watchdog customer. ID Watchdog does not recover or reimburse for damages, loss of income, or other losses resulting from the identity theft.
